Small update

In the last release we overlooked some things concerning Eagle footprints and so here is release 0005! Some footprints were actually missing, and it wasn't possible to bundle a footprint with a custom part. All fixed now, and explained in more detail in the part designer's guide.

While we were at it, we added a few new features of which rotation is worthwile mentioning.
